Surrogate requirements
What are the requirements?
Our comprehensive set of requirements serves as a guiding light, meticulously designed to safeguard your well-being and optimize the success of your journey, alongside the joyous expectations of our intended parents.
Medical requirements
Women aged between 21 and 39 who have had the experience of childbirth. They must have had uncomplicated pregnancies and deliveries, and no major health issues that might be a problem for the surrogacy process.
Mental health requirements
Women mentaly and emotionaly stable, with support of their family and partner. Must also have no history of psychiatric problems such as depression, PTSD or other patologies that might be a problem for the surrogacy process.
Lifestyle requirements
Women with a healthy lifestyle, with no history of alcohol, smoke or drugs abuse. No criminal record (traffic tickets are not considered felonies), and not currently on any Anti-Depressant/Anti-Anxiety medication.

You can embark on the journey of surrogacy more than once. However, the nuances of this possibility are contingent upon various factors, with a pivotal consideration being your cumulative count of pregnancies. Ideally, aspiring surrogates are advised not to surpass a total of six pregnancies to ensure optimal health and well-being.
As part of your surrogacy journey, you’ll receive compensation upon reaching key milestones along the way. In the unfortunate event of a miscarriage, rest assured that you’ll be compensated up to that point. Your contract will outline the process for you and the intended parents to decide on the next steps, including the possibility of another embryo transfer should the need arise. Plus, if your current health insurance doesn’t cover surrogacy, they’ll arrange a plan that does. It’s important to know that while you’ll be carrying the baby with all your love and care, you won’t be biologically related and won’t have parental rights. The intended parents take care of legalities by completing a pre-birth order during the pregnancy. This ensures they have their parental rights securely established before the little bundle of joy arrives.
